I HAD DSTV INSTALLED AT MY HOUSE ABOUT TWO MONTHS AGO, UPON INSTALLATION I REQUESTED THAT PAYMENTS BE DONE MONTHLY PER DEBIT ORDER. tHE DEBIT ORDER WAS SET UP WITH DSTV ON INSTALATION. END OF MONTH ONE, MY SERVICE WAS CANCELLED CAUSE THE DEBIT ORDER WAS NEVER SET UP, AFTER SPENDING ALMOST HALF AN HOUR ON THE PHONE AT MY EXPENSE THEY REACTIVATED MY SERVICE AND CREATED THE DEBIT ORDER DETAILS AWAIN. NOW END OF MONTH TWO, MY SERVICE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED AGAIN DUE TO THE DEBIT ORDER STILL NOT BEING LOADED!

i REFUSE TO PHONE THEM AGAIN. i AM NOT SPENDING HALF AN HOUR EVERY MONTH ON THE PHONE AT MY EXPENCE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT DOING THEIR WORK. i NEED THIS SORDED. AND I AM NOT PAYING THE RE CONNECTION FEE AS THE ERROR IS NOT ON MY SIDE. THIS IS ALL DUE TO THE FACT THAT AFTER SPENDING ALL THAT TIME ON THE PHONE THEY STILL HAVE NOT DONE THEIR PART.
