DEBITING EARLY THAN AGREED

I'm so not impressed with MTN and their pathetic service, clearly having so much customers has thrown good customer service out the window. The agreed debit order date is the 1st of each and if the 1st is over a weekend or a public holiday the debit order goes off on the first working day of that month, but not with MTN for November, they decide to debit it on the 29th of November, firstly who gave you the right to debit on that date when the agreement is the 1st day of the month, now you've suspended the phone without any phone call what's so ever prior to doing that as i was unaware that you decided to debit the account before the money was in. I want this suspension to be uplifted immediately, my account to be redebited with the amount owed but the bank charges/returned debit order amount written off as this is no one's fault but your own. If this is not done within 48 hours i will be reporting this to the ombudsman as well as the consumer protector. We're tired of being taken for a ride by cellphone companies who think they can do whatever they want to do with no recourse.
