Debit Order date!

I would like to express my disgust regarding MTN. My debit order date is the 1st of every month and I leave enough funds every month for all my debits to be deducted! I received an sms notification to say that R119 has been taken off and then 11th march 2013, I receive a sms to say "debit order did not go off"

Who in heavens name has money left for deductions on 11th March? Now they have ORDERED me to pay them and DEMANDED over the phone when will they expect payment. Its not my fault as to why the debit order did not come off? I have NEVER been late with payment ever, MTN check your records and you will see the payer I am. What happened to your system this month??? now I must incur extra bank charges coz of YOUR slack service? I have checked hellopeter today and I see many other people are also complaining...
