I am actually shocked!

Last month (May), I was billed R208.00 via debit order from MTN, where my usual debit is R149.00. When I phoned customer service, the gentleman advised that I was accidentilly billed for BIS which is included in my debit order of R149.00. He told me that it will be either credited back into my account or show up as a credit on my next debit order. This money has not yet been refunded.

This month, I was again billed R208.00 via debit order from MTN.

What the is going on? Should I report this to customer protection? MTN are being and nothing is being done about it! Month after month!!!
