Wrong date for debit orde

My debit order is set to go off on the 1st of the month as per my contract agreement but you have been taking debit orders as you please on the 30th, 31st, 29th etc. Now the January debit order bounced because as usual you choose when you want to take money. I sorted the date out with a consultant earlier this month & then yesterday you send me an sms saying my debit order will go off on the 31st. There is a reason why I selected the 1st of the month as my salary sometimes does not come in at month end but on the 1st & this will continue to mess up my credit should you keep beaching our contract agreement. Could you rectify this problem as I'm really annoyed by this.
