I have a contract with mtn which ended in August 2013, I was adviced to call on the 15 August 2013 to change my number to prepaid, before I could do that on the 13th on August my contract was upgraded, I called mtn to make them aware of this to which they said I shoud send an affidafit which I did and they claimed that the contract was canselled and now I am on prepaid, I then got a statement stating that I am gonna pay R553 whereas I pay R379, so I stopped the debit order on my side so I can pay manually, now when I call to make sure I am on prepaid I am told the I have to pay the balance which I know I have to pay on 23 september before the 19 sep or else my contract wont be stopped, I spoke to Atlein (or something like that) who couldn't help me then asked for a supervisor by the name Lebo, I spoke to them from 13h30 till 14h13 and these 2 clowns did nothing to help me, please sort this out for me because I need that number on prepaid for work purposes and you guys are delaying me, I had 3 contracts with mtn and I have been a loyal customer for years without even one skipped payment, I really don't deserve this for you.
