2 months ago i asked my debit order to be moved from the 1st of every month to the 3rd, "sorry sir it is automated and cannot be done". I informed that the debit order will bounce and its going to cost me money. "Sorry sir we cannot doing anything". Systems are programmed, by people and I am sure there is a drop down for every client where this can be changed and amended. My internet was cut and after a very long and very frustrating time without internet and having to go to an internet shop to pay an EFT to Afrihost to activate my internet, it was activated. Now this month, same story. This time, I get an email saying, "O sorry but because your debit order bounced twice in one month, we will now have to charge you another R10 per month for it bouncing". Now today after sending numerous "Help" texts to their support number, logging tickets until I'm blue in the face, some one now calls me 16 hours later, what can we do for you. Now today i find that my websites have been suspended. Do you know how embarrassing it is when my my clients go to my website and see "account suspended"? Are you aware of how much business I am losing with my website being down??? Seriously what the???
