Debit Order Nightmare Dejavu

I have signed for 8ta Internet 5 promo deal more than a year ago, opting for debit order as a payment method, after 4months my data service was suspended, when I enquired I was advised that they were not able to debit my account for some few months as a result I have to pay R730 to be online, i maintain that I always reserved money for debit order purposes, after manually settling the account I pleaded with them to stick to my preferred debit order method, last week 25th of February 2013 my service was disrupted again after my debit order payment was successful on the 15th of February 2013, Case number 4135587 was generated, they demand that I pay R730 to reintstate my service apparently because somebody allocated my funds incorrectly, why must I suffer for your incompetence? I entered into a debit order contract not a cash contract, is it tricky to debit my account religiously every month? if you are unable to process a simple debit order instruction I suggest you close shop
