Vodacom - worst service provider in SA - part 2

After my 1st complaint through Hello Peter Vodacom quickly started phoning me. They quickly emailed me my itemized billing. No surprise - end of Aug Itemized billing was never emailed. I again phone Customer... what?... and this was their reply:

We have also liaised with our E-billing Department, who advised that they cannot ensure delivery. This is due to the fact that e-mail accounts such as Hotmail, Gmail, Webmail, Yahoo etc. decides what to keep and what to trash without warning. This changes from time to time, and could explain why you have not received your monthly bill.

Please find attached a possible solution to the problem experienced. You may follow the steps in the attachment to ensure that you receive your monthly bill in your Gmail account.

1. They never told us of these huge complications when we changed from printed to e-billing
2. How many individuals are there in SA that register a company in order to receive their emails?
3. I changed to e-billing in May. It is September - I have consistently (not from time to time) NOT received my e-billing.
