WAITING FOR ITEMIZED BILLING FOR 1 WEEK

I have been trying to get an itemized billing for my account for the last 3 weeks - latest development: I called on 22 November and logged a call for itemised billing, they requested me to fax a letter and copy ID which I did (on 22 November) I received a sms from Vodacom (Ref S3-T6A3J-JX5Z8) which said I would received itemized billing in 1 day, it will be a week tomorrow and I still have received NO CORRESPONDENCE at all from Vodacom - I called AGAIN this afternoon, after having to go thru 120 (security) questions and holding on for ever I am told that there is a delay and they have no idea when I can receive this info?
