I phoned numerous times to get my statement and itemized billing emailed to me. i told them that my account has changed from business account to personal account and I need the statement and itemized billing to claim the telephone costs from my employer after my first report on hello peter somebody phoned me and told me that they rectified it and that I will again receive my statement itemized billing and invoice via email. Today when I received my statement etc from vodacom via email they send me the details of the account that has been closed, SUID KAAP KONSTRUKSIE BK, what must I do to get this rectified. I am fed up with this service. I am a loyal customer of Vodacom for many years. I need the itemized billing etc urgently. Please report back via cellphone.
