BAD NETWORK CONTINUES

I have been having numerous problems with my network for about 2months now. i cannot receive and make calls. it just says network unavailable. when contacting Cell c i was told that it could be my cell phone. i then sent my cellphone in for repairs and needed to buy a new phone in order to have one while my phone was in for repairs. To my surprise my network was still doing the same in a brand new phone. only then was i told @ westgate mall Cell c that Cell c is having problems in the area. i accepted this and understand that you as Cell c need time to sort out the gliches your problems. i have now bought a Vodacom sim in order to divert all my call so that i could still be receiving my calls as i also use my number for work. NOW MY PROBLEM IS IM BEING BILLED FOR ALL INCOMING CALLS THAT HAVE BEEN DIVERTED. WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR CALLS BEING DIVERTED IF THE ONLY REASON THEY ARE DIVERTED IS BECAUSE CELL C HAS A NETWORK PROBLEM.
i'm paying a contract with cell c and yet you are not providing me with proper services once again. my network is so bad i cannot even complete a call to customer care. while on a call with them my network dies and the call end. customer care doesnt call back
