Vodacom - I am supposed to get itemized billing. For some months my statement has not been itemized.
A call was logged on April 20 to fix this. On May 1 I got an SMS saying that the call had been closed. Today I received my statement - still no itemized billing.
At no time did I request that itemized billing be stopped. So what now must I do to get Vodacom to fix something that they broke!
I want Itemised billing to resume and I want itemised copies of my statements for the past 6 month.
