I have been paying for itemized billing on my cell phone account for just short of two years now, I have been back to the mentioned branch as well as other Vodacom branches numerous times where I confirmed my e-mail address as well as my residential address and i am yet to receive a single itemized billing account. I have been receiving bills that i could never explain with absolutely no way to check the calls, data or costing.

Please assist.
