NO RESPONSE REGARDING ITEMIZED BILLING

I am a client of Vodacom since 1996. i have always received my account that includes the itemized billing via email. I have changed my account from business account to my personal name. for the last three months it is a struggle to get my account and itemized billing. I have phoned numerous times now they send me an sms to ask for a signed letter from me as well as copy of my id. i don't have fax facilities. This system is in place why all of a sudden this change that I had to struggle to get what I needed. i need this information to claim my usage from my employer, I need the statement, invoice and itemized billing. I have been charged for the so called itemized billing that I didn't received. i am not prepare to pay for things that should have been in place. I need a refund on that. i can bed Vodacom is going to charge me for a reprint. If nothing is going to happen I am going to the papers. This is the poorest service that anyone can receive. Please dont send me a sms send me the necessary items i required. I am struggling for this statement. itemized billing and account since the 20th of August. Please Please
