A month ago, I spoke to one of the managers at Telkom who advised that our line speed had to be decreased in order for our line to work, they thereafter decrease the speed, it worked for a little while however from last week, it has not been working at all, from dropping it to 4MB it now struggles to run at 1MB? we lodged a complaint with Telkom, for 2 weeks now nothing has been done. last week Friday your technician Abraham calls and says he is coming through he has to do some underground cabling. He never came as predicted. Then this same guy calls on Monday says he is coming not realising he also called on Friday, I mean how incompetent and unaware are the staff at Telkom, the entire day went and Abraham still never pitch? an entire week gone by, still nothing?? So today we get a vague call from him again saying we reported another fault, which we did not, I mean just get the darn thing fixed, what are these employees being paid to do after all, I am paying Telkom for something that I do not have? I don't think this is fair, their don't care attitude stinks! I am now sick and tired of how pathetic and how much more worse the service more especially the people they hire.
