Telkom still hasn't sorted out our Internet

We are paying for a 1meg line and are getting a 512meg lines speed since last week Friday. I have phoned in reports three times. The first two Telkom closed and claimed were sorted out when in fact the problem was persisting. Either Telkom is throttling our speed and lying about it or the technicians don't know how to fix the problem. Either way this is unacceptable. We are paying for an expensive Internet service and not getting it. They also keep threatening us with an unnecessary call out fee. This is just their way of shutting up the dissatisfied customers. They tell me the speed I am getting is normal. I know two other people with the same 1meg line that are getting their good speed. Why should I accept speed when everyone else is getting what they paid for. It has been a week now and Telkom still hasn't done anything. Last time this problem persisted for three weeks before it was fixed. Please fix my problem and stop making excuses and telling me their is nothing wrong. My speed dropped by more than half. OBVIOUSLY THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG!!!
