I am very dissapointed with vodacoms service in the call centre my account is owing on the 22nd i called in the call centre for a settlment amount the agent asked me to hold for a very long time finally came back to me giving me a dicsounted settlment amoutn of R1124.80 which i was to pay she also sent me a letter but it was sent to incorrect email adress after that i called in call centre again few days later as i wanted to settle by the 31st and was advised this settlment was incorrect that it was not my settlment amount and i wass given an amount of R2000 i work in collections enviroment as well as far as i know if settlment amonut given by agent on recorded line if its company fault it is supopsed to be given as i was in process of settling all my dr i spoke to a team leader who told me they do give me settlment but that was wrong amount very un professinal service today i called they said balance R3300 and said that is the settlement which is the balance as well i am very anoyed i was given settlment colected my monies now given another amount please assist*dissapointed customer acc number I31109607
