4 weeks ago we reported to Telkom that our ADSL line is not working they then advised us that a technician will be sent out, we gave them a week and phoned again they told us the same thing, after 7 phone calls to date, we have called them over and over again to do a follow up it's been a month now they have not called us once to inform us that there will be a delay. My question is: Does Telkom really expect us to pay them this month for not being able to use the ADSL line the entire month, my Fault Reference renumber : 925CRK301213.
