Almost 1 month past and just 1 week of ADSL

Ok, so I reported A fault to telkom on the 17 of July. After more than 2 weeks a technician finally decides to show up and yet again tell me its my router... although I have replaced it... thanks to the previous technician telling me its my router. I've tested the line with a splitter and without and even plugged it directly into the wall... still nothing.
A technician comes out phones me and says my router is the fault. When I got home everything was working fine although the speed was. So I restart my router and yeay again no internet. Try another router... no internet. Report the fault... again. Technician comes out and again tells me its my router. Get home everything works fine for say a week and boom; power failure restarts my router. No internet. Changed routers and no internet. Now I need to phone my service provider since Telkoms new "policy" requires that. Reported the fault and they logged it through to telkom. Technician phoned 2days after and said he is coming through today. 3 DAYS LEAVE WAISTED WAITING FOR TELKOM TO SHOW UP IN 1 MONTH. FIX THE F@??? LINE PLEASE!!! AND don't tell me it's my router!!
