The debit order for my account did not go through on the 31st of august as it was supposed to. I called on 4 September to query the issue. Zunaid told me that the debit order returned and that I need to make a manual payment and send through proof of payment and then the debit order Will go through as normal in end September. I did this and then this morning I saw that the debit order also went through. when I called to report as ask the double payment to be refunded the person told me that it takes 3 - 7 days for the case to be decided and then I will only know if I will be refunded and then he told me that I will not be able to log a case for the full amount as the "system" counted payment for Sept and I will only be billed again in Oct. this is not acceptable as I made double payment I want the money back!!! not credit!!! I do not care about your procedure I want my money back it doesn't grow on trees!!!
