I ordered an ADSL line installation, about a month ago.

All seemed to go very smooth, up until the technicians came out to assist with the installation, yes. Technicians, about three came out, to date and all advise of the same issue which prevents the installation from taking place.

The technicians are faced with the challenge of the underground cabling, which is faulty and since the first report, has not been repaired, yet technicians keep being dispatched.

Firstly, its been a month and i, being the customer had to make the calls to query the status of my order. all i really wanted was to be kept in the loop firstly.

Now, a month later and my internet line is still not set up, and according to the last call i made, which was on Monday or Tuesday, this week (1st or 2nd July) i enquired very politely, since the cables are not fixed what else can one do but wait, instead i got told that the underground cabling IS fixed and a technician will be out on Friday (today), a tech did pitch, and had a review, and it turns out that the underground cabling has STILL not been Fixed.

I believe i have been understanding with regards to this incident and i would like to have this looked at.
