I reported my internet line was very slow and that the line keeps on dropping, about two weeks ago. This after I complained to my service provider, but they said that they did pick up that my connection was dropping, but the fault was not on their side, but was rather a Telkom fault. Since reporting the fault, I have had three Telkom people phoning me, effectively telling me that as I was answering my phone, my phone line was working again. I have impressed upon all three that it is not my telephone line, but my internet line that is the problem. I was promised someone would come out by all three of Telkom's employees, as well as by the original person I logged the complaint with. I waited at home today, as they told me someone would definitely come today, to no avail.

How can they fail to understand the difference between a telephone line and an internet line, and why don't they do something about fixing it. I am paying for a higher speed line, and my line operates at a snails pace, that is, when it actually operates. These days it seems like the connection is more down than up.

Shocking service... which I am paying for!!!
