Terrible service from MTN

Over the past month I have contact MTN via email and by calling the help desk and have not had a satisfactory response to my query. In fact the latest call I made went to a lady who was down right rude!! I have been using MTN as my internet service provider for at least 5 years, and up till earlier this year I was on the 300MB a month package, which I NEVER exceeded. I then changed to the 2 GB package and within a month was charged for 5GB and 10GB usage. NOTHING has changed from my side w.r.t. what I am using my internet for ie email primarily!! MTN response- you used that therefore you pay (R4000!!!) Nobody has bothered to return my query as to WHY since I have a debit order, so MTN has been paid. Not easy to get money BACK is it??? 2 days ago I requested that I cap my usage at 2GB. The helpdesk promised to email the form - I am still waiting. Furthermore the billing dept were supposed to call me to explain how this astronomical amount could have been used and guess what? I am still waiting!! MTN, you have taken my money for something I have NOT used. PLEASE explain
