Being charged for internet usage when not making use of the facility, complaint was logged two weeks ago but no feedback received. Charged a bill of R1 016.83 for the month of November, an amount of R844.36 for October, when queried why the bill is so high, the response was because of internet usage on the phone but the phone is not being used to access the internet. I am tired of paying for something I do not use therefor I have instructed my bank to return the payment and in future to stop all payments until this issue is resolved. I had this problem with billing earlier in the year and it took approximately 3 months to resolve. I am tired of MTN's inability to sort my query out and paying high phone bills. The buck stops here.
