Charged for Internet usage when I have BIS

I emailed Mcdonald Masipa on 4 June to ask him to please find out why I am being charged for internet usage when I have BIS, so I should have internet access for free. I am being charged almost R 120 a month for internet usage and it is small amounts at all times of the day and night. I would like to know why I am being charged for this usage and if it is an error, I would like my account to be credited. Mcdonald duly forwarded my query to client account queries. All I got was the automated response and to date I have had no reply. It seems the only time Autopage respond to queries is when they are put on Hello Peter, otherwise the query is ignored. I am really upset about the shoddy service I have received from Autopage.
