Usual usage less than 300MB, but charged for 10Gb!

ThFirstly, thank you for your response. I am just REALLY concerned. I
switched from a 300MB contract to the 2GB contract this year. Prior to
that, I have NEVER exceeded 300MB. And nothing has changed. I still
use my 3G primarily for emails. I have also checked through the call
data history you have sent and on some of the days that registers
usage of my modem, I was not even near the laptop! For example, I ran
Comrades on 2 June and only returned to JHB on 5 June. Nobody else has
access to my laptop as I work from home. So if I was not physically
there, how can I be logging data usage???

Also, is it possible for me to be carrying someone else's bills. There
is just NO WAY that I have used that much data personally. When I
checked my account on line, I noticed that although my name was
correct, my address was completely incorrect.

Finally, how come I was not billed such an astronomical amount at the
end of June?

Please can you HELP! How do I put a block on any further 3G usage
beyond my 2Gb quota to avoid this in the future?
