Bad, I mean really Bad Service!!!

Telkom Business Mobile... in service. Applied for my contract to be migrated from the Smartplan 100 to the Unlimited Telkom Mobile. Telkom promised to waive the 3 month waiting period and migrate as from 01/09/2013 (This due to Telkom error) I spoke to Teamleaders/ Call Centre Consultants who all promised the migration will go through on 01/09/2013, then again they said it will happen on 02/09/2013. Now all of a sudden, Samuel - Team Leader informed me yesterday, that Telkom is no longer willing to migrate my contract, can some competent person at Telkom Moblie please urgently sort this out for me. Telkom Business Mobile service, is not Bad, it is not very Bad, it is Disgusting!!!
