I've been reporting poor reception and my 3G device from MTN does not go the full capacity. I've subcribed to this product mainly for the speed of the connectivity. Instead I sit waising time on downloads. Important e-mails did not go through landing me in hot water with my superiors. These are some of the ref no's MTN REQ:1068994 28 August

They simply do not reply. I phone the call centre and try to get hold of a supervisor - no luck there either. I've mailed them several times. Most of the mails don't go through I suppose.
One year later, gave away my USB modem. and switched to Vodacom.. I still spread the news to people not to buy MTN data products and luckily they listen.
