No action / response to poor network signal query

My internet contract with MTN started in July 2012 but I have had very poor internet network such that I have been forced to underutilize it. On numerous occasions, I requested that MTN rectify the problem since August 2012 but with no success. On average I have been using 225MB per month since August 2012 on a 2GB contract - this low usage has been due to the poor internet signal. I have therefore been losing my monthly data allocation whilst I continue to pay for it (2GB) as part of the contract todate.

I urgently require that MTN rectify the poor internet signal problem and reimburse me the internet data they have been taking away due to low usage.
