I reported 8ta with you in the beginning of August because they didnt want to release device after they have called us to come in to their store for the upgrade. We only recieved the device in September, but hey billed us for the device in August already. I've sent them e.mails to rectify this matter, but they sent me an e.mail this morning to tell me the system shows that we have used the data since August. However, I have used data in August, but it was for the Blackberry. I just want hem to credit my account with the amount that they overcharged me with.
