I bought the TV from Joshua Doore in August 2011 on account, In August 2012 my TV was and it was replace in October 2012 because I had the Insurance on the TV. The new TV that they gave me in 2012 August dont have the good quality picture, it shows black and white instead of colour. I have been reporting this to them, they send a guy once to check it and the problem is still not resolved and they are refusing to help me or give me the new tv. An I think this is unfair as they replaced the TV with the TV that is not working. Please help me.
