Unauthorized contract cancellation

On the 14th of August 2013 I logged a case with 8ta due to a "Sim not Provisioned" error and no data connectivity. According to them someone authorized cancellation of my contract, effective 1 August 2013, as per their notes which was done via the cancellations team. AS far as I understand the SIM Card is registered under my name and ID number, I am registered for RICA after all. I followed-up today on the status of my SIM being re-activated, which they said someone is looking at it, nothing else. I've been without internet since the start of August, which was not requested by me, and find it unacceptable. This is not the way business is done as I am suffering from this, having to phone and follow-up just to find that nothing has been done to rectify their mistake.

I would like to know why it's taking this long to sort out, what they are going to do in order to keep me happy as a client and how they are going to re-reimburse me for all the additional data that I had to buy from Vodacom in order to access the internet at home. It's now 23 days after cancellation.
