They won't refund me!

On 15 Nov 2012 purchase was made on Groupon SA (Christmas Shopping List) and I received confirmation that my product will be delivered to my address before 20 Dec 2012. I phoned and e-mailed them numerous times, almost daily after 20/12/2012 asking where my product is, they never answered me. On 9 Jan 2013 a "Ulrich Absolom" e-mailed me stating my product was damaged during transport and therefore no longer available. I asked for a refund of my money as that was suppose to be a christmas gift and I am dissatisfied with their service and support. He said that my request for a refund was escalated to the relevant department. Up to date they don't answer any of my e-mails and after being on hold for more than 20 minutes, you are cut-off by the telephone lines. It is almost 3 MONTHS!!! Where is my refund and when will Groupon SA answer my e-mails and request? I paid them a lot of money.
