Calls dropping and bad reception

I have been with Cell C since the beginning of the year.

Lately I am noticing that my reception is bad and calls are dropping. I will have full signal on my side yet the other person is not always able to hear me.
I need to have access to the phone for business as I am on the road alot - this is not helpful if the network provider is unreliable

Please explain if there is a network issue and if this is being dealt with. I know other networks had this issue last year, hence me moving to another provider.
