Great products, but terrible support

In August 2012, After 15 or so years with a cell phone service provider, I was enticed to move to cell c with their special offers (particularily one year contracts). The moving process was done efficiently, the store that helped was great - in fact the whole experince to that point was superb, I couldn't have been happier.

Then came the support and actual delivery of the service I signed up for. The phone they supplied was a new Samsung Galxy SIII, great phone but you need to have access to the network to take full advantage. I checked the cell c coverage map before moving to them, and my areas most frequently visited were fully covered for data and voice services - unfortunately that is simply not the case. I logged a complaint in Aug / Sept 2012 with their call centre, received an email form that I completed and duly returned. Nothing. Phoned a few more times, nothing.

I gave up, and just decided to suffer through. two weeks ago I received a call from a technician who wanted to test the service in the area, he said he'd only just received the request (5 months later). He said he did it and mentioned that they will make necessary adjustments. Still Nothing.

Its simply pathetic
