Poor Customer Care Service

I have received very bad service from Cell C Customer Service. I have logged a query with them in the December regarding Data Usage that was billed in correct. I called CCS for an answer and they said we will get our IT dept get back to U and still waiting. I followed up numerous times and everytime was told the same they will get back to me. Until i received my Account and they have charged me for the usage. I have asked for explanations and no one can give me one and they keep on saying info provided is correct.
I have downloaded everyday from the same website for free and they charged me on 2 accoasions and when asked why they can t help. on the 23rd i asked to speak again to a manager and they could not assist so i spoke to a supervisor named wayne and he was just plain rude over the phone and siad my manager will call back and guess what still have not. I have 2 contracts with them and i have persuaded my whole family to go to Cell C for the benefits they give, But after all this i will terminate my contracts with them. It is called Custome Care service where is the CARE in that.
