Worst cellular service I ever encountered

I have 2 contracts with cell c. 2 blackberry 9300 cellphones with BIS included in the contract. I downloaded free episodes of secret circle on [URL Removed] with both blackberries. I wasn't charged with one and allmost R700 on the other one. I called the 084140 customer care number and experienced bad service upon trying to solve my problem. With the number that I wasn't charged, I was on that website about twice as long as with the one that I was billed. I have downloaded about 4Gb worth of files one month and wasn't charged and cell c say they CANNOT help me and I just have to pay that R700. I am a very unhappy p@$$d off client and wouldn't recommend their sevice to anyone, not ever. I have been struggling to get this sorted out. It has been two weeks since I logged my first call. They just say that they have logged a call... REF NO 3062402207
