I received an sms saying that Cell C's monitoring systems had detected I that in the previous month I had excessive Data usage and I have been 'throttled back' this meaning my BBM massages get delayed when sending, my 3G doesn't work the way it used to, I lose coverage every now and then and I have to constantly reboot my phone due to this, I called customer care asked by how much had I exceeded, the consultant said she could not know for sure, I asked the limit.and why I was not notified of this prior so I could monitor my usage she said there is no limit as it was still to be confirmed, I asked then by which margin does Cell C then measure excessive usage if there is no limit, she told me she does not know, I asked to speak with somone who does and has more information about my specific situation, she told she couldn't help with that she instead refferd me to the Cell C website to lodge a complaint this is absurd!!
