So I have loaded a complaint and Vodacom said they will contact me, that was last week Thursday. I have since called Vodacom Customer Care on numerous occasions and to have my account rectified and the last I spoke to a agent on Friday, 17 Jan, he told me he logged my complaint and they will call me within 1hr - 48hrs to sort it out. Still NOTHING!!! I also see Vodacom tried calling me on Thursday, Friday and yesterday, once a day?? I unfortunately was busy all 3 times they called, but they don't call you back, once they made the call for the day, they don't call again. My problem with Vodacom is that the wrong contracts was loaded to the wrong cell numbers when I upgraded, and all I want is for you to correct it and credit my Dec invoices and re-invoice me. Also why was I charged for Data if I had a contract with BIS (24months)? If my new upgrade only gets migrated for the 1st of Jan, am I not still under my old contract till the end December?

Please sort this out as this is really ridiculous that someone can't assist me by sorting this out.
