Hello I logged a complaint on August 28th, 2013 and sent the necessary forms to Blanche Opperman on that same day and kindly asked her to confirm receipt. Still waiting- just a response to say that they hear you! I guess that they do not care! Just to explain further how things deteriorate with Cell C.
More recently, I received my statement for my iPhone contract and requested a break-down of my data usage and was told that someone will be contacting me (sounds familiar!) about why my data usage is not itemised as the rest of my billing, and am still waiting.
I think I need to go national as this is not working for me as I am stuck with these contracts (all still very recent) and am not prepared to folk out any more money for services that are non-existent. My message will be clear- avoid Cell C like a plague! You will only get trouble by signing-up with them. Now remember we were foolish enough to sign-up for 4 contracts!! apart from another pre-paid one. Why we swopped from another service provider to this one is beyond me!
