From last week Friday m calling cell c for my missing minutes and was given 3090603083 and was told that someone will call me within 2working days. Made follow up on this query yesterday after 5 working days and I was give another ref 3091303431. Called again this morning 14 September 2013 @ 07:50 spoke to Alisa who refused to assist me as I didn't know or have my ID number handy, gave her cell number and asked if se needs these ref numbers and she said no and I won't assist you. I then requested to sleek to her supervisor who as refused to assist me. I called the cell c custo care again to listen the IVR again and it does not tell us to have our ID number for assistance. I have been calling cell c and no one have asked for cell number, today was the first time. I am very upset and disappointed with cell c, we all left mtn to cell c thinking cell c is the best and fr they data service, does cell c think I will recommend them to my friends and family after this call...? no, wht I will do is have this posted on every social sites and make sure that everyone knows that cell c don't give a F&$k bout their customers!
