I called up a few minutes ago and spoke to one of the agents and asked him to check why i was overcharged for my oob data, he insisted that I was paying R2 a meg oob and I insisted that its was supposed to be 15 cents.after a few moments he checked this and informed me that 15 cents is correct, but because of the content I downloaded I was charged R 2, after all the arguing the agent told me that this was not a billing issue but a data and wanted to transfer me, after all the wasted time on the phone the agent stated he was cutting the call because of the bad line and I was cut off, i could clearly still hear him. I called back then spoke to Sizwe and informed him of what happened he stated that this was not a data issue, but a billing or customer service.. I was transferd to Eliza in cust service who promptly advised that I was charged 99 cents and explained that the 200 mgs I received on my package is not a data bundle hence i was charged Standard data rates.

I really dont understand why one has to have such poor service when all i needed was a proper explanation.
I have 3 contracts with cell c and should not be complaining about service
