Still no assistance after hellp peter complaint

I submitted a complaint last week pertaining to the ongoing issue I am experiencing in not being able to send SMS's (only bbm and whatsaap).
I spoke to one agent who gave me the following instructions #330*0000# then press the call button. I was advised after doing so to turn my phone off and on again, and should the error persist to call in again.
I called again and a lady said she does not know why this is happening but she will find out, she did not put me on hold as there was no music but it did sound like she just placed my call on mute, I called out to her twice by saying "hello " but there was nothing I was holding for more then four minutes and there was just silence, I had to end the call and was surprised I did not get a call back.
I submitted the hello peter, get no feedback, but I get an SMS to "rate" the agents service from 0 to 5.
Can this please be sorted out my number is 0833106423. Thank you
