Hello Peter

Called CellC between 09:28-10:15 on 19/07/2013.

My Calls got dropped 3 consequetive times in attempts to transfer.

Called the 4th time, asked to escalate, ITILIAN MASABAHLU was the agent.

She told me that she going to transfer me. I tried telling her that for some reason it not going through and asked if can let the repairs team call me back.

I asked her Name once to many and she screamed her name to me.

I asked her why she screaming at me, she told me that i have a problem lol.

Please LISTEN TO THIS CALL RECORDING!!! MANAGEMENT!!

I asked her to escalate the call, she then placed me on hold for 5 then a mute and wen i asked her if im on mute, she transfered back to the queue. She did not want to hang up to avoid a survey.

I called back, spoke to TATUM, She promised to have a manager call back and pull the Call.

called back spoke with KELETSO DOIKANYO, im awaiting his feedback.

SKHUMBUZO and KELETSO DOIKANYO, to me and told me that they cant view the previous agent i spoke with. They dont want to give me any task infomation on tatums promise.
