Still no feedback after three complaints

This is now the third Hello Peter, and a complaint to on your website and I have heard nothing.
I have been experiencing this issue now since the 13th of August.
I pay for your services and I would appreciate just a simple call but I suppose MTN does not really care, I will be sending this to ICASA as I have already contacted them and they advised me to forward in writing my complaint.
I am absolutely applalled by the lack of assistance from MTN, and I will be settling my amount in order to cancel this contract.
Your Customer Care management is avoiding all my complaints by responding with an automated reply, where it would have probably took less time to just call me and find out how to sort this issue out.
