I called your call centre on 3rd jan and the lady i spoke to was going to get back to me. then i emailed them and i logged on hello peter on the 9th jan 2013. To date i still have not received feedback from anyone other than a reference number 645820. I called on numerous occasions and the last time i spoke to one of the call centre agents i was advised that they are still looking into it with the supplier. When i asked her for the name of the supplier all she said was that she does not know who it is(?). How long does it take to speak to your suppliers? This is seriously pathetic!!! Clearly logging it on hello peter does not bother you at all... can anyone advise what the next step would be to get some service from them? I WILL NEVER EVER USE YOU AGAIN!!! Get my complaint sorted out ASAP!!!
