Cell C
Poor service and no feedback

On 17/7/13 I submitted a complaint on Hello Peter about Cell C following no response to a call logged on 10/7/13. They immediately responded on Hello Peter and the next day someone called me to say they would attend to my query and get back to me Ref. sd120244 . So it is now another week down the line and I still have no resolution and no feedback!!! DOES CELL C ONLY OFFER LIP SERVICE???
