Utterly Disgusting Service!

I have called Autopage 5 times today, calls ranging from 12 minutes to 22 minutes each time. YOUR call centre agents either put your customers on mute and then drop the call, or they put your customers on hold and never get back to the call, customers eventually have to hang up!!! I spoke to Elias at 09:00, I called back at 09:12 and spoke to Patience, she took a message for Elias. I called again at 10:55 and spoke to Kate and left another message for Elias, i then called again at 11:33 and the agent put me on mute for 12 minutes, i then called again at 15h10 and was speaking to someone, he then pushed me back into the telephone queue, i then called back to speak to a manager immediately afterwards, she put me on hold and again i had to wait, i again realized that i wasn't going to get to speak to a manager. You guys should really consider getting out of the service industry because you don't have any service! And this is to get someone to reply to my emails i have been sending since 13 May 2013!!! its almost 2 months later and i still can't get anyone to assist me!
