SPUR IS USELESS (AGAIN)

This is now the second hello peter complaint submitted for the same query
Another order was submitted this morning from braamfontein spur whereby we asked for breakfast to be delivered and yet again not delivered after an hour and a half.
About a month ago I also submitted an order from spur and the same thing happened, I then also submitted a hello peter complaint whereby spur phoned me and advised they will investigate the matter, then braamfontein gave me the order for free. Now not even a month later and the same thing happens. We tried to phone the delivery guy on 081 876 2904 who advised we should now collect the order and dropped the phone, after that we phoned again but he just dropped the phone.
I'm demanding a call from the directors at spur so that we can sort this issues out once and for all
